Virtual Assistant

Remote | Full-Time

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our leasing and marketing efforts for apartment properties. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable working with online listings, social platforms, and weekly reporting.

• Create and update basic websites or landing pages for available apartments
• Post and manage apartment listings on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram
• Assist with weekly reports completing them and/or reviewing for accuracy
• Support leasing and marketing tasks as needed

• Experience in real estate leasing or property marketing
• Familiarity with Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
• YARDI experience is a strong plus (not mandatory, but highly preferred)
