Job Description
ARED builds a single on-site business system that helps SMEs and growing businesses run critical operations with one reliable provider. We're looking for a hungry, structured, and creative B2B closer who can own pipeline end-to-end: strategy → lead gen → meetings → proposals → closing → onboarding handoff.
Role: B2B Sales Executive (Field + Partnerships)
Location: Kigali (with field activity)
Compensation: Base salary: 200,000 RWF/month + commission
Commission: 1 month of the software fee earned from each closed customer (per new customer signed)

AI-powered camera security (smart detection & monitoring)
POS integrations / business transaction tooling
EBM-related enablement and business digitization support
Additional business operations add-ons (depending on customer needs)
