• Design thumbnails, graphics, on‑screen text; maintain premium brand standards (no stock footage overuse).
• Follow strict guidelines, handle reviews/revisions precisely.

Must‑Haves

• 2+ years YouTube‑focused editing; pro tools proficiency.
• Expertise in retention/pacing; detail‑oriented, reliable, strong English.
