We're looking for a sharp Video Editor to join our team and create high-converting performance ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). If you live and breathe scroll-stopping content, you're in the right place.

What You'll Do

• Edit fast-paced, conversion-focused video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Craft compelling hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to stop the scroll and drive action
• Work with on-screen text, captions, and copy overlays to reinforce messaging and boost retention
• Maintain tight pacing and flow to keep viewers engaged through to the CTA
• Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad creatives based on performance data
• Deliver multiple versions and cuts of ads for A/B testing
