This role goes beyond basic video editing and requires someone who can transform raw footage into compelling content that captures attention, improves retention, and delivers a strong viewer experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience editing both short-form and long-form content and possess a strong understanding of pacing, visual communication, motion graphics, and audience psychology.
