Responsibilities

The Vice President will be part of the team responsible for originating and executing M&A activity for Brookfield Infrastructure Group’s equity strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Securing debt financing to support M&A activity, including: providing structuring guidance (RFPs, term sheets, debt documentation, credit rating analysis, etc.), running processes to secure committed financing, managing syndication processes (including working with investment banks, law firms, lenders and prospective investors), and proactively working with various internal teams to analyze/optimize the capital structure for both potential acquisitions and existing investments.
