Vice President, Turf Canada

Based at the Head Office in Calgary, Alberta, the Vice President, Turf Canada (“Vice President”) is a critical leadership role with P&L responsibility for 6 locations across Canada with oversight of approximately 85 employees through two direct reports.

Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President will be responsible for ensuring the organization is highly profitable and sustainable by leveraging the strategic allocation of human, financial and physical resources and through the establishment of strategy, policies, measurable processes and structure.
