Responsibilities:

Liaise with designated divisions/departments to identify their staffing needs and recruit the right caliber of candidates via appropriate recruitment channels

Perform recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making offer to qualified candidates

Participate in talent acquisition activities and projects as required

Design and develop cost effective recruitment programs by utilizing appropriate channels within budgets

Develop and deliver regular and/or ad-hoc HR reports and presentations to HR and business stakeholders as required

Prepare the application file of registration of HKMA- RI, IA - TR and/or MPFI by providing relevant documents to Compliance & AML for asses...
