Vice President, Regional Property Manager

Primary Purpose of Position:
Provide financial and operational oversight of regional portfolio to maximize long term value. Prepare and execute the portfolio business plan in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
Operations
+ Develop and implement consistent operating procedures for assigned portfolio to provide first-class service to tenants.
+ Assume overall financial accountability including approval of all budgets at portfolio level and providing capex recommendations.
+ Review and approve operating and capital budgets for portfolio. Develop and implement capital projects to preserve the long-range viability of corporate assets.
+ Negotiate contracts and arrangements with vendors ensuring that all Company standards are adhered to as well as leveraging purchasing power of West Coast Region’s scale when applicable.
