Medical/Dental Vice President, Operations (DSO – Dental/Healthcare)

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $200K–$250K

Schedule: Monday to Friday (days) | Hybrid with ~50% travel across Western Ontario, Manitoba & Saskatchewan

Senior executive leadership role overseeing multi-site operations across a regional healthcare/Dental Support Organization (DSO). Responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and execution of enterprise strategy across multiple provinces.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years multi-site senior leadership experience (Director+ level or higher)
• Strong background in DSO/dental or similar healthcare multi-location models
• Proven ability to manage underperforming sites and implement performance improvement strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing escalations
• High comfort with extensive travel (~50%)
