Main Responsibilities
Setup of operational controls and prepare procedure manual (for general &/or product operations) in coordination with local Compliance, local Finance and Operations in HK / AP region (Financing and Global Markets Operations).
Proactively work with relevant stakeholders of projects for the set-up of Taiwan branch, including to define regulatory operational reporting requirement.
Perform & oversee the daily branch operations (including but not limited to accounts opening, inward and outward payments , loans & deposits, support treasury activities and settlement, etc.)
Prepare and ensure timely submission of all regulatory operational reports.
Supervise and manage overall operations and support within Taipei Branch to ensure daily routines to be in full compliance with Group and business functions polices and procedure and local regulatory requirement
