About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and transformational Vice President, Operations to lead and optimize a complex North American operations network supporting a multi‑brand, multi‑channel business across Canada and the United States.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations and partnering closely with divisional leadership, this executive will serve as the senior operational authority responsible for driving operational excellence, scalable growth, supply chain performance, customer service, distribution, logistics, inventory governance, facilities management, and business transformation initiatives.
