Role Overview

The Vice President Operations will be responsible for leading and scaling Pidge’s operations

function across geographies, business lines, and delivery is a senior leadership role that requires strong ownership of last-mile operations, P&L,growth, planning, supply optimization, rider optimization, service reliability, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate should come from a high-growth start up environment, preferably from logistics-tech, quick commerce, e-commerce, mobility, or marketplace-led businesses.The person should be comfortable operating at scale, leading large distributed teams, solving complex operational problems, and using data & technology to improve performance.
