Vice President Operations

I am working with an established organization in the water and wastewater sector that is looking to hire a VP of Field Operations to support continued growth and strengthen executive-level field operations leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in water/wastewater or industrial operations
• Strong background in multi-site operations management and field leadership
• Experience overseeing budgets, procurement, and operational performance
• Strong operational planning, reporting, and process standardization experience
• Ability to contribute to strategic planning, including projects, partnerships, and long-term initiatives
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status mandatory
