About the Role

We are a high‑growth, high‑traffic eCommerce company operating at regional scale, processing millions of transactions and users annually. We are building a long‑term executive technology leadership team and are seeking a VP of Software Engineering who will relocate to Kuwait and own engineering strategy, execution, and organizational scale.

This is not a remote role and not a short‑term contract. This is a full executive mandate with ownership, autonomy, and board‑level visibility.
