Vice President of Clinical Services Requirements Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a minimum of a master's degree in the field Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or Business. History in the provision of mental health, substance use disorder, or healthcare services. Minimum of six (6) years' experience as upper-level manager in mental health, chemical dependency treatment, or healthcare administration. Prior supervisory experience required.
