Network Systems Support Engineer

Responsible for supporting the MUFG EMEA data network and all related networking components, including firewalls and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of network‑related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution, ensuring effective customer‑facing communication with users, team members, internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain and create a comprehensive set of network data diagrams and documentation.
• Conduct project activities to specific time‑lines and deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.
• Assist with the support and maintenance of all NSS duties including data, security and infrastructure.
• Work according to the MUFG shift plan to cover support and project delivery after office hours, on‑call and weekend working when required.
