SUMMARY

The role requires a high-caliber professional to join our Merchant Banking unit. This is a dual-role leadership position requiring a ‘hunter-executor‘ hybrid—someone who can independently originate high-value mandates while maintaining the technical rigor to oversee seamless execution. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated understanding of capital markets and a deep network of corporate relationships, ensuring the firm remains a dominant player in the competitive advisory landscape. He has to take the responsibility of building the entire team, training and allocating responsibilities.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Identify and originate new mandates across IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Open Offers, and Buybacks. You will be responsible for meeting annual fee income targets and expanding the firm’s market share.
