Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Overview

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for managing the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page throughout the year, especially indesigning Instagram posts and content to promote the Yearbook andassociated events.

Time Commitment

4-6 hr/week, 5-7 during peak periods

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page
• Plan and design promotional graphics and creative content for posts andstories
• Attend weekly or bi-weekly portfolio meetings for process tracking
• Collaborate and communicate with fellow team members and VP DigitalDesign Lead for creative input
• Collaborate with VP Externals for potential collaborations and studentengagement ideas
• Report to VP Digital Designs and Yearbook & Prospectus Co-Chairs onthe progress of projects
