Overview

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for managing the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page throughout the year, especially indesigning Instagram posts and content to promote the Yearbook andassociated events. Time Commitment

4-6 hr/week, 5-7 during peak periods Term of Employment

June 2026 - May 2027 Main Responsibilities

Manage the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page Plan and design promotional graphics and creative content for posts andstories Attend weekly or bi-weekly portfolio meetings for process tracking Collaborate and communicate with fellow team members and VP DigitalDesign Lead for creative input Collaborate with VP Externals for potential collaborations and studentengagement ideas Report to VP Digital Designs and Yearbook & Prospectus Co-Chairs onthe progress of projects Qualifications
