Your area of responsibility

As Investment Vice President, you will be responsible for supporting the team throughout the investment lifecycle, starting from sourcing and execution of transactions to post-closing value creation and asset management tasks all the way to potential opportunistic sell-downs, with a particular focus on opportunities in the Swiss and German markets.

Deal sourcing & execution

• Identify and originate attractive investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector, leveraging your network and market insights
• Lead transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda for the Investment Committee
• Manage due diligence processes across technical, legal, financial, tax, and commercial workstreams, coordinating external advisors and internal experts
