Surrey Place, one of Ontario’s most respected organizations supporting people of all ages with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and visual impairments, is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead the organization through an important and exciting period of change and growth. Serving over 10,000 clients and families each year, Surrey Place is entering a new chapter defined by innovation, fiscal sustainability, and the evolution of its service delivery and revenue models.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Team, the VP Finance will shape the financial strategy for the entire organization, steering Surrey Place toward a balanced fiscal position by FY27 and enabling its transition to a mixed funding model that includes fee‑for‑service growth.
