Your main responsibilities

The Vice President - Field Operations will direct and coordinate the branches in accordance with the strategies and policies of Schindler, manage the resources and ensure customer satisfaction, employee motivation, market share andprofitability. The VP - Field Operations implements all processes, tools, targets and actions in the branches and supports the Executive Management Committee in the definition of the above mentioned targets. It is Schindler Canada's decision to assign the lead of Customer contact to either Key Account Management or Field Operations Management.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare the Rough Plan and Budgets for all Branch Regional operations in line with policy.

+ Analyze, plan, evaluate and optimize the use of existing Branch resources to achieve market share, profitability and net working capital, customer satisfaction and employee motivation targets.
