**Position Summary**

The Vice President, Distribution Center Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of a multi-site distribution network that supports Dollar Tree’s retail business objectives. This executive leader provides oversight for a region of distribution centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving service excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Operations, the Vice President serves as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and is accountable for delivering operational results through strong leadership, disciplined execution, workforce engagement, and innovation. This role partners closely with Transportation, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Human Resources, Finance, Asset Protection, and Store Operations to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively across the network.
