Job Description

The Role

This position will provide early cost planning advice based on concept design of development project pipeline across Mapletree regional business currently in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the pre and post contract and administration services (during construction) activities of the business unit across the region.
Contract Management: Implement appropriate procurement strategy for each development project to ensure and control the consistency and standardisation in the application of RFP, Invitation to Tender, LOA and CSA etc. across the regions.
Support the project teams across the regions in the preparation of related tender documents (Request For Proposal [RFP], Invitation to Tender, Letter of Award [LOA], Construction Contracts, Consultancy Service Agreements [CSA] etc.) and the review and evaluation of variations and/or contractual claims, where required.
