**Position Overview:**
Accountable for quality, program and service line growth and development, service and physician deployment, integration and consistency, clinical strategy to inform operational budgeting and capital allocation, and access of services for designated geographical area. This role works with the service line leaders, clinical council, Sutter Health leaders, and medical staff to drive quality and service line development initiatives across the system. Maintains operational responsibility for specific departments/services at each facility including responsibilities and matrix operating responsibilities.
