Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Leader to drive AI initiatives at Intellect Design Arena. The role requires a strong technical background in AI along with hands-on engineering experience in Java-based systems. You will lead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy, design, and implementation across products
Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions
Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI into existing systems
Stay hands-on and guide teams on development best practices
Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards
Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

Required Skills

18+ years of overall experience with 2–3 years in AI leadership roles
Strong experience in AI/ML
Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring
