Job Purpose

• Business Development : Secure general Takaful business for the state in alignment with specific production targets set by the company.
• Client Servicing : Build and strengthen relationships with agents, public sector/government agencies, corporate organizations, and financial institutions engaged in general Takaful business.
• Agent Recruitment : Recruit and develop high-quality general agents across both motor and non-motor segments, with a strong focus on expanding non-motor specialty lines through the recruitment of capable non-Bumiputera agents.
• Market Expansion : Drive growth by diversifying the portfolio beyond motor business, balanced and sustainable contributions from non-motor classes.
• Performance Management : Monitor agent productivity, provide guidance, and implement strategies to ensure achievement of state-level business objectives.
