Vice Chair of Radiation Oncology

Tufts Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and accomplished physician leader to serve as **Vice Chair of Radiation Oncology** . This individual will partner closely with the Department Chair to provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership across all areas of the department. The Vice Chair will play a critical role in advancing excellence in patient care, education, innovation, and research.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the Chair to develop and execute the department’s strategic vision and support core missions of the Department
+ Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care and efficient workflows
+ Drive growth initiatives, including program development and service line expansion
