Som teamkoordinator får du en nøkkelrolle i skiftet. Du vil blant annet:

• Motivate and support the team and create a good working environment.
• Follow up routines, report deviations and ensure production targets are met.
• Work closely with department leader, technical staff and other shifts to solve challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of production.
