Vhive Operations Specialist

vHive is seeking an experienced UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) expert to support and train
vHive’s customers and partners all over the world.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Assist pilots during online training sessions on the use of the vHive Platform and conduct Q&A sessions for advanced topics
- Collaborating with the development team to identify and prioritize feature enhancements based on user feedback and field observations.
- Develop advanced tools for tracking and reporting frequency of issues encountered by pilots
**Desired applicants would ideally possess**:
- Excellent communication skills and an adept troubleshooter who can quickly identify and resolve technical issues in real time
- Continuously expanding knowledge of drone technology advancements, industry regulations, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and provide informed support and guidance to users.
