Veterinary Surgeon

Key Duties

Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care to small animal patients Manage a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, medical cases, and routine surgery Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and continuity of care Perform routine surgical procedures and diagnostic workups Undertake some sole charge responsibilities, particularly on Tuesdays Collaborate with colleagues and visiting specialists to provide the highest standards of patient care Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
Working Pattern

Typically 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) Usual working hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm Consulting sessions generally between 9:00am-11:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm Surgery time allocated on Monday and Friday mornings, with additional surgery opportunities on Tuesdays No out-of-hours requirements Potential for increased hours as the practice expands
