Veterinary Receptionist – Team Lead

Location: 24 St Margaret Street, Dunfermline, KY12 7PE

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, varied between 08:00 – 20:00, with a share in the 09:00 – 17:00 weekend rota

Responsibilities

• Leading the Receptionist team, including training and providing support and guidance
• Creating and managing the team rota
• Supporting recruitment and liaising with the internal recruitment team
• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
• Registering new clients
• Completing insurance forms
• Dispensing medications
• Taking payments
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice
