**Job Type:** Fixed Term - (Maternity Cover up to 12 months)

**Hours:** 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking a new receptionist to join our fantastic team!

The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Welcoming and registering new customers
+ Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care
+ Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries
+ Managing customer expectations regarding wait time
