Location and Hours

To be based across our three sites: Kidlington, Headington, and Botley Road. Flexibility to cover all sites is essential.

Contract: 6‑Month Maternity Cover. Hours: 22.6 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 19:00, with a share in the Saturday rota, 08:30 – 17:00.

About the Role

• Manage communication: handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Resolve inquiries: respond to queries via phone, e‑mail, and in‑person interactions with professionalism.
• Client reception: greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
