Lake Street Animal Hospital will give externs hands-on experience with all levels of dentistry. We have 3 full-time DVM's with over 30 years combined GP experience. Lake Street has been AAHA accredited for over 15 years. We offer in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray, and laser therapy. We have highly skilled CVT's and technicians that have been with the hospital for over 10 years. The moment you walk into the hospital you become part of the LSAH family. Students will work closely with the supervising veterinarian to gain experience in gathering patient histories, performing physical exams, creation of treatment plans, diagnostics, dentistry services, observing/assisting or performing surgical procedures, and medical management of patients.
