Veterinary Emergency Receptionist

**VCA Animal Specialty Group (ASG)** **is an emergency and specialty referral hospital. We focus specialty services, emergencies, and hospitalization of stable and critically ill patients. We are adjacent to Griffith Park and the Los Angeles Zoo.**

**We are looking for a candidate that has at least one year of veterinary customer service experience as a CSR or DA.**

**_Pay range: $21.5-$27_**

**_Shifts: 10 hours/4 days per week_**

**_Schedule: Early Swing_**

**Requirements for the position:**

**Minimum of** **1 year** **of veterinary experience required.**

**Ability to communicate with clients, doctors and staff professionally, respectfully and compassionately.**

**Ability to prioritize and multitask.**

**Ability to answer a high volume of calls, emails, and text message.**

**Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction.**
