Job Description
VCA Animal Specialty Group (ASG)is an emergency and specialty referral hospital. We focus specialty services, emergencies, and hospitalization of stable and critically ill patients. We are adjacent to Griffith Park and the Los Angeles Zoo.
We are looking for a candidate that has at least one year of veterinary customer service experience as a CSR or DA.
Pay range: $$27
Shifts: 10 hours/4 days per week
Schedule: Early Swing
Requirements for the position:
Minimum of 1 year of veterinary experience required.
Ability to communicate with clients, doctors and staff professionally, respectfully and compassionately.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to answer a high volume of calls, emails, and text message.
