Veterinary Area Chief Of Staff: Medical Leadership
VCA Inc. is seeking an Area Chief of Staff to lead and manage associate veterinarians in Banfield hospitals across Buenos Aires.
This role focuses on ensuring quality veterinary care and fostering an inclusive work culture while overseeing performance metrics and compliance with regulations.
Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and at least 3 years of experience in small animal medicine, supporting a passion for veterinary excellence.
Salary: Competitive range of $142,000 to $205,000. Variable pay eligibility based on production, subject to state exceptions.
