Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a small animal veterinary practice in Redruth, Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• Full-time role with a rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays; no Sundays and no out-of-hours (OOH).
• Lead, mentor and manage a clinical team; provide strong clinical and operational leadership.
• Practice is spacious and well-equipped with excellent facilities and equipment.
• Develop and support clinical interests; certification encouraged and fully funded.
• Maintain high standards of GP practice with strong surgical and medical skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Head Vet or experienced/senior Vet looking to step up
• Wealth of experience in GP practice
• Strong surgical and medical skills; able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team
