About the Role
Auckland Live and Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events are the trusted leaders in performing arts, culture, entertainment, and events in Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau. The role is a full‑time permanent position based in Auckland CBD, within the Venue & Event Operations department focused on Visitor Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the life cycle of employees, including recruitment, onboarding and termination.
- Support all training requirements, maintain records, update skills matrix, and administer the learning management system.
- Administrative support for Operations department: general office support, oversee Lost Property process, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
- Maintain the Admin Event Services inbox, replying and actioning in a timely manner.
