We’re looking for our next Venue Manager to take ownership of our Fountain Gate venue and drive the next phase of performance.

What You’ll Own

• Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability
• Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution 
• Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L.
