Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Event Management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with venue partners such as UPVM EXT and RCCC.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct site recce visits with clients and internal team to assess venue requirements and support event planning.
• Provide recommendations on suitable audio-visual and event solutions based on client needs and budgets.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events.

2. Business Development

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
