The position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to operational delivery. The role is crucial in ensuring that events are delivered to exceptional standards, meeting client expectations while adhering to all relevant legislation, policies, and health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships throughout the full event lifecycle, from sales inquiry to delivery.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate, public, and private events, including weddings.
- Identify and drive new income opportunities, promoting venue hire and maximizing revenue.
