About the role:

We’re looking for a Venture Architect who will also act as the early‑stage Product Manager for the ventures they create.

This is a hands‑on, founder‑like role. You will identify commercially attractive opportunity spaces and take ideas from customer discovery through to MVP launch and early traction, owning both the venture thesis and the product decisions needed to prove whether something should scale.

A core part of the role is using, and pioneering AI tools to accelerate venture creation, from research and synthesis to prototyping, product definition and market validation.
