Job Purpose:

Summary/Objective:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Vendor Portal, ensuring Vendor have seamless access to the application. This role involves interaction with the vendors, troubleshooting portal issues and ensuring data accuracy, and support the departments for its process improvements and enhance vendor experience and operational efficiency.

Key Relationships:

• Works and coordinate with various departments within the company and other businesses within the Group/Conglomerate
• Coordinate with Customer Service & Support on concerns and activities
