Vendor Onboarding Analyst

Purpose

Manage the overall process of external technology contractor services in GBS, this includes recruiting and going through onboarding, supplier payment, accruals, billing, offboarding, managing the relation with the vendors and leading the contractors team. Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of contractors and financial information of the process, in compliance with current regulation and Scotiabank policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Support the end‑to‑end contractor management process—from recruitment and submission to onboarding, monitoring, renewals, and offboarding—by executing operational tasks required to maintain service continuity, data accuracy, and compliance under the direction of the Supervisor.
