Robert Half is partnering with a leading Financial Services organization seeking a highly detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to support outsourced technology resource management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working with complex data across multiple systems.


Key Responsibilities

+ Own and manage data accuracy across multiple systems and stakeholder inputs

+ Partner with leadership, Fieldglass PMO, Workplace Managers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and data integrity

+ Track and manage contractor lifecycle processes and reporting

Monthly Reporting & Analysis:

+ Review and document Active Directory (AD) build request profiles

+ Partner with Tech Leads to validate resource needs and update profile requirements

+ Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between SAP Fieldglass and ServiceNow PPM time tracking
