Michelle Denny Recruitment has been appointed by TGL in the recruitment of a Vehicle Processing Centre Manager (Operations) for its Mildenhall site.

This is a hands‑on management role with broad responsibility across people, logistics, compliance, contractors and operational performance.

Reporting directly to both UK leadership and European HQ, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the operation whilst maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the Vehicle Processing Centre, leading a small team and ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and to the required standards.
