The Role:
- Responsible for vehicle deliveries, liaising with other departments on ready dates and with 3rd party logistic companies and partners – communicating delivery addresses, vehicle charging during delivery and managing PODs
- Track and organise non-sales vehicle delivery, liaising with internal departments
- To adhere to all Sales processes and procedures that will promote a more efficient and effective department.
- Manage and track contractual penalties
- Communicate delivery plans
- Communicating with customers for vehicle registration authorisation
